Cyclosporin

  • Adverse Effect: Inhibition of Cyclosporin metabolism  
  • # Clinical Management: Monitor for therapeutic effects and adjust the dosage accordingly.

    Digoxin

  • Adverse Effect: Rabeprazole sodium decreases/delays absorption of Digoxin due to its inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion  
  • It increases the AUC and Cmax of Digoxin. # Clinical Management: Monitor for therapeutic effects and adjust the dosage accordingly.

    Ketoconazole

  • Adverse Effect: Rabeprazole sodium decreases/ delays absorption of Ketoconazole due to its inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion
